How to Contact Hilco

"Ray Williams Propane Club" only

In order to alleviate billing confusion, Hilco has converted us all to "keep full."  They will pick one day a month to fill all our tanks.  Of course, you should always check your tank to make sure you don't run out;  never rely completely on a vendor to ensure you have enough fuel.

If you're running low, or otherwise need to contact Hilco, please observe the following:

• Contact Hilco at 254-694-5237 (or 888-850-6551).

  David Cole, Hilco

• It is no longer required to ask for David.  Speak to whomever answers the phone.  David is often a "working manager," as identified by the picture to the right when he was out delivering propane when they got behind, so he's hard to catch in the office.

• Identify yourself as a member of the "Ray Williams Propane Club."

• They will verify your status as a member with the list we have provided.
