To join or renew:

Ensure you're in the service area for our current provider (currently, Hilco). If you're not sure, e-mail us with your address (or call Hilco) to find out.

If you are not within the service area, your check will be returned. The price for 2007/2008 is $1.50/gallon. If you are pre-enrolling for 2008/2009, and do not like the price we negotiate, you may cancel your membership within 15 days of price notification (and prior to buying propane) and your membership fee will be refunded.

Note to current customers of Hilco Propane:

This price is available to us because we contract with Hilco Propane in the summer when prices are low, so they are able to obtain all our propane for the year at a good price. (Think of the one time last year when we saw gasoline for $1.99, and how we wished we had a 1,000 gallon gas tank in our car at the time.) They're able to sell to us cheaper because we bought during the low season, even though we don't pay for it until it's delivered. Our club is available to all propane customers in the service area, so you may join before the deadline and save money on propane, too.
